This requires conscious information and protection

As a company we are obliged to inform you about how we handle your personal data. What happens to it, for what purpose, and how they are stored and protected. This is stated in this Privacy Statement. This must be concise, transparent, comprehensible and easily accessible. Those values are so close to what we - among other things - want to radiate with our website (simple, open, clear, connecting) that the shaping of this statement was actually enjoyable.

Your data will of course be treated with care, confidentiality and respect.

If you sign up for the newsletter, we will only use your information for that purpose. If you request a quote via the site or contact us via the contact form, we will use your e-mail address and / or telephone number to contact you. The personal explanation that you may include with it does not leave our mailbox. More about that in more detail below.

Which personal data is it exactly?

Because you visit the website, fill in a contact form, and / or request a quote, your personal data is processed: first and last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and information about your activities on the website.

Why are they requested?

To contact you and to be able to provide the service, we logically use your name and contact details to maintain contact and to inform you. And we store all information that you share by email carefully. Information shared by telephone is not recorded in writing. Your data is also processed to send newsletters or otherwise inform you about our business activities, and to analyze visitor behavior to improve the website.

What does not happen with your data?

Your information will not be sold to others. They are also not used to compile extensive visitor profiles, nor to make decisions based on automated processing (ie, by computer programs or systems without human intervention).

Is your data shared with third parties?

Yes, only if this is necessary due to a legal obligation or a legitimate interest such as reasonable business operations:

- bank, due to the processing of payments

- tax adviser, due to access to invoices with address details

- website host, for the storage of data from contact forms

- newsletter software, for the digital newsletter

- Google Analytics, for the analysis of website visitor data

Processing agreements have been concluded with these "processors".

At the bottom of every newsletter you will find the option to unsubscribe.

Google Analytics

This way, visitor and click behavior on the website is analyzed. That information is stored by Google on servers in the United States and processed in reports on the functioning of the website. You can find their privacy policy with more information on the websites of Google and Google Analytics.

This data collection is done in a privacy-friendly manner; I have anonymised the unique customer part of the IP address, 'data sharing' has been turned off, and no use is made of a combination of other Google services with Google Analytics.

Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is legally required to do so, or to the extent that such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. We have no influence on this.

How long is your data stored?

The data of existing clients is not stored for longer than five years after the service ends. We retain 5 years for possible future partnerships. There is an exception: just like every entrepreneur we are legally obliged to keep our administration, including invoices with address details, for seven years.

Something is wrong, do you want to view your data or have it deleted?

Contact us and we will arrange it for you within two working days at the latest.
